In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered July 10 against Rick Eugene Tuhn of Grand Junction on a charge of disorderly conduct. Tuhn was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated as follows: Malissa Lou Brooks of Jefferson, assault; Carl William Hale of Jefferson, violation of no contact order, two charges, two separate cases; and James Leon Kennedy of Jefferson, interference with official acts, criminal mischief- fifth degree and disorderly conduct.
